VistaCryl Services provides residential window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services. All services are currently performed directly by our team unless otherwise stated in writing.

We currently offer residential cleaning services, which may include window cleaning, deep frame cleaning, screen cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services as described in your quote or service agreement. We deep clean the frames to remove dirt, debris, and buildup from all crevices and surfaces. Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, scheduling, and property conditions.

All quotes provided by VistaCryl Services are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection or communication. Final pricing may change if the actual condition, size, accessibility, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the property, requested services, and access requirements. Appointment dates and times are subject to change due to weather, safety concerns, traffic, emergencies, or other operational reasons. If rescheduling is necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the areas where services are to be performed. This includes access to windows, gates, driveways, and outdoor areas. VistaCryl Services is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by inaccessible or unsafe work areas.

Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of any known hazards, fragile items, pre-existing damage, special instructions, or restricted areas. Customers are also responsible for removing or protecting valuable, fragile, or sensitive items near the service area.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept various payment methods, including cash, e-transfer, card, or other methods displayed on our website or invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to follow-up collection efforts.

Customers may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or situations where our team arrives and cannot perform the service due to lack of access or inaccurate information.

For safety and quality reasons, services may be postponed or modified in cases of rain, strong wind, storms, freezing temperatures, unsafe surfaces, or other unsuitable conditions. VistaCryl Services reserves the right to refuse or stop work when conditions are considered unsafe.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of the service date so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable solution. We do not guarantee perfection in cases involving permanent staining, hard water damage, oxidation, scratches, seal failure, or other conditions that cannot be removed through standard cleaning.

VistaCryl Services will take reasonable care while providing services. However, we are not liable for: • Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, screens, siding, or surrounding surfaces • Glass defects, scratches, staining, oxidation, or failed window seals • Damage resulting from hidden defects, improper installation, or structural weakness • Delays or service issues caused by weather, access limitations, or customer-provided misinformation To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

VistaCryl Services may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality control, training, or marketing purposes, provided no sensitive personal information is intentionally displayed. If you do not want photos of your property used for marketing, please notify us in writing before the service begins.
