Customers are also responsible for removing or protecting valuable, fragile, or sensitive items near the service area.

• Delays or service issues caused by weather, access limitations, or customer-provided misinformation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
12. Photos and Marketing
VistaCryl Services may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality control, training, or marketing purposes, provided no sensitive personal information is intentionally displayed.
If you do not want photos of your property used for marketing, please notify us in writing before the service begins.
